About this house rental
Your next vacation rental home is located on a wooded lot with a winding driveway down to your mountain home getaway. It includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a 2 car garage. All living areas are located on one floor. The master bedroom offers a King sized 12" Memory Foam bed with a private bath, which includes a double sink and a large walk-in shower. The room also has a private office and sitting area for that morning cup of coffee. The master bedroom offers a 47 inch TV with Cable and a DVD player. The second bedroom is a spacious room with a queen sized bed and closet. The third bedroom offers another queen size bed and a closet. These two rooms share a full sized bathroom; which includes a shower/tub combo and a single vanity sink. The house offers complementary High Speed WiFi. The living room has a 55 inch SMART TV so you can access your favorite movies with DVD player. A floor to ceiling beautiful stone gas fire place awaits you. Multiple sky lights welcome in the mountain sunshine. Adjoining the great room is a spacious sun-room with room to sit and enjoy the nature views. Off the great room there is a deck with furniture that overlook a wooded nature path to the golf fairway. Bed linens and towels are provided for your convenience. The kitchen provides most staples including a multitude of spices. There are 2 kayaks, 2 bikes, male and female golf clubs, and various fishing gear available to use during your stay.

We've stayed here a few times and it works well for us. The hosts communicate clearly and quickly and are accommodating. We also like being on a quiet street. We mainly come to relax and hike the trails in Connestee itself and nearby. We'll be back.

The house was perfect for us. We stayed the weekend because we've rented the house for 3 weeks in the summer and we wanted to be sure it was suitable and had the amenities we like. Everything went extremely well, everything worked as expected, and there were plenty of supplies. A terrific stay.

Excellent location near main gate. Easy access to Brevard. Great hiking to gorgeous creeks and waterfalls. Trails are well mantained and marked. Entire community is immaculate. House is very clean inside, nicely decorated and cozy. The outside can use springtime cleanup and general maintenance, but we stayed at the beginning of the season. Appreciated use of owner kayaks but did not use them as the weather was still too cool for us.Our stay was very enjoyable, the house met sll our needs and we would rent again.
