This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath sound front duplex home is located on Channel Drive, just steps to all of the happenings of Wrightsville Beach. Enter the property and to your right you will find 3 spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and shares a Jack n Jill bathroom with bedroom 2 that offers a queen bed. The master bedroom is across the hall. It offers a king bed and private master bath with stand up shower, double vanity, and Jacuzzi tub. Step down the hall and find yourself in the main living area. Here the open floor plan includes the living area, dining area, and kitchen making spending family time or entertaining a breeze. Step out onto the deck and enjoy the cool breezes and the views of Banks Channel. This home has a private 30 ft boat slip that is included with the rental along with use of the gazebo. Great location and great home overall. My family and I enjoyed the beach and the views of the intracoastal waterway. Would definitely return. Biggest need for the home is cookware as what is there is minimal and in bad shape. Thanks and happy to discuss directly if needed.

We had a wonderful stay for a full week at this charming dockside rental. It was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms were nice and functional and we had luxurious bathrooms. The master bathroom was extremely nice. We especially enjoyed sitting on the back deck enjoying the sound. Check in was easy and check out was also easy. We will be renting this property again. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Our family (5 adults) came to Wrightsville Beach for a wedding and a short family vacay! The Dockside was a spacious retreat with amazing views of the sunset and night sky. We spent equal time on the dock as well as the beach. The back deck was our favorite spot to unwind and relax! The location is very busy so be mindful and adjust drive time accordingly. It is walking distance of restaurants, coffee spots and shops! My only real complaint is that if guests want to cook much- pots/pans/cookware are a bit worn and could use an upgrade! Overall we had a wonderful experience and would return again if traveling to Wrightsville!

The property was in an average location (adjacent to a bar parking lot, but, in general was not well maintained. Upon arrival at the property, it appeared be cleaning crew was rushing out. Upon entry to the bottom unit, it was obvious the property needed repairs. Garage door framing was damaged, drawers missing in kitchen, shelving misaligned in living room. Numerous light bulbs burned out, flooring/rugs needed sweeping/vacuuming, linens dirty and master bedroom comforter soiled. Had to purchase mattress topper to tolerate the overly firm MBR mattress. AC return air vents were dirty with dust and mold. The rental agency is not 24 hrs so you get answering machine when you call with problems. However, management company came on site, the next week day to make a few corrections. Fan remotes operated fans in numerous other rooms - if you tried to turn out light in one room, it turned on a light in another room - frequencies need changing. The kitchen is not well organized or stocked - not enough utensils, no sheet pans or enough pots/pans for any cooking or food prep. Dishwasher drain is laden with rotten food and would not clean dishes properly. Dishes in cabinets and drawers were dirty. Bathroom mirrors and vanities were not well cleaned. No broom or dust pan or access to vacuum up any sand or spills. Recommend thorough maintenance and updates throughout the property to justify the weekly price.
