Breakers Drive is a private gated community located directly on the oceanfront in Corona del Mar. The private road is not accessible to the public. The residence is newly built, approximately 2300 square feet. There are three bedrooms, two with king size beds, and the third with a queen bed and a twin. Residence sleeps 6 maximum. There are 4 full baths. The master bath suite includes a jetted tub, shower, and marble counters with double sink. The kitchen has granite counters, all stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped. There is a covered deck with fantastic views of the beach, channel entrance, ocean, Catalina, and sunsets. With Catalina in the background, and the jetty to the Harbor, you have unlimited views of sailboats coming and going all day. These views are from the living area, kitchen, and formal dining room with french doors, all facing the ocean. The deck is located off the living area. Home has AC but is really not needed as the ocean breezes are refreshing. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons.

We love staying in this home in Corona Del Mar on the beach . The home is very comfortable and clean . The location is perfect . Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful home !

Our party of 3 adults and 2 kids had a wonderful week at this beachfront location. Property was accurately described. Provided beach chairs, towels and volleyball were very welcome. Would rebook without hesitation. A few notes about the property / beach that may or may not be clear to others: - The property is a duplex - the 3rd floor and left-hand garage is one property, the right-hand garage and 2nd floor is the rental. - The property is in a gated row of houses that back up onto a bluff, and is alongside a parking lot next to the beach. Due to the location of the property (I'm guessing), there's essentially zero cell reception. So that did make booking reservations & coordinating with others a little difficult. Wifi was fine and we could use iMessage and anything over Wifi fine, just no voice calls. We just had to remember to make all of the calls we needed to when we left the house. - The beach can be very busy (esp on weekends); people tend to camp out there all day long - playing music, setting up an entire outdoor living room, etc. Also, as the beach is somewhat "shallow", we noticed the waves there were rougher than vs. say on Newport Beach itself. That said the convenience of being able to step out and enjoy the beach, then come back home easily could not be beat. We also liked the CdM area much better than Newport itself. The house was immaculate . The location was great. Bonnie and Dan were great hosts . We had some issues with the refrigerator ,and they responded immediately to phone calls and had the repairman there the next day . Highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay near Newport beach and Laguna
