About this house rental
This is a great vacation rental with a NEW Split System A/C across the street from the beach! No beach views from the condo, Our 2 story newly painted with stairs to 2nd floor, is very up-to-date, remodeled with a gorgeous kitchen, outdoor patio area with BBQ, and just steps from a private beach! Each bedroom is nicely furnished for your comfort. 1 California king in the master, 1 double bed in the secondary room with bunk beds. Enjoy the many amenities that Del mar beach club offers; including multiple heated pools, a spa/jacuzzi. The fitness center is temporarily closed, adult lounge are all open. We have a BBQ Grill on patio, and if tank is empty we will reimburse you to fill it. Whether you are vacationing from out of town or selecting this as your 'stay-cation' destination, making this choice will guarantee an amazing time!
Tennis or fitness center fans? If so, plan ahead and see onsite manager, Tissa to pay $50 cash or check deposit & sign liability waver for use. PLEASE NOTE: Tissa's hours are 9-3 M-F so plan accordingly!

This was a great spot! The location was great and only a 4-5 min walk to the beach. The condo was very clean which we really appreciated! All the beds were comfortable and had all kitchen supplies that you would need. A big plus was the AC. We were able to cool the condo down in the evening which made for much better sleep.Overall such a great place, we would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. They had a lot of extra items and equipment that was helpful. It also had A/C which many of the previous units I rented at Del Mar Beach Club did not have. Major plus.
