This spacious 3 bedroom 1 story Barn with 3 en-suite bathrooms & air-conditioning is an ideal luxurious relaxing getaway. The barn has underfloor heating throughout, and the bedrooms are fitted with integrated air-conditioning, making if perfect retreat for any season.
The Barns at High Park are situated in the heart of the North Devon coastline. It offers easy access to beaches, moors, coastal path walks, cycle paths, golf courses, horticultural gardens, children friendly fun parks, and many other traditional outdoor and indoor recreational activities for those seeking a truly relaxing, yet active, break away from the stresses of day-to-day life.
High Park Barns has a secure, purpose-built 1 acre dog exercise field located on site. Designed with safety, freedom, and fun in mind, our fully enclosed field, with 1.8m high fencing, offers dogs the perfect space to run, play, and train off-lead in a safe and private environment. The dog field is open daily in the morning and evening for staying guests at no cost. Additional time can be booked during the day.
The barn is situated with 14 acres of private land. Within the grounds is a shared indoor swimming pool and hot-tub, and large natural lake featuring stunning vegetation and decked terrace.
Converted in 2018, this barn features super king beds in the master bedroom & second bedroom, two single beds in the third bedroom, all with en-suites, solid oak furniture, underfloor heating & air-conditioning.
The barn has access to four 7.2kW electric vehicle (EV) destination chargers.
The barn is dog friendly, and you are welcome to bring them at £25 per dog per week or part thereof.

This is our second visit to High Barns. This time we stayed in the Moulton-Barrett barn.
The accommodation was excellent, as were the hosts. I was particularly pleased to see the complimentary cream tea upon arrival after a long drive - much appreciated!
This is the perfect holiday for the dog owner (we have three). The one acre dog park is a fantastic facility and the large green to the front of the property proved to be extremely popular with one of our dogs. He would happily sit out there for hours. The pool was very popular with my partner who loves to swim. Her morning visit to the pool quickly became a highlight of the holiday.
Overall 10/10 - we look forward to returning next year!

Lovely accommodation, bathrooms super clean and spacious. Bedrooms clean and beds very comfortable. Accommodation has every thing you needed.
Open living/kitchen area was spacious, perfect for the raining days.
Beautiful gardens with lots of space, perfect for sitting out on a dry day.
Swimming pool was a lovely addition and time table worked perfectly to ensure everyone had fair access to the pool.
Would definitely recommend and love to return in future.

Beautiful barn and grounds great communication with the very friendly hosts nothing was to much trouble, very well equipped accommodation and very spacious rooms, was so amazing to have the pool and hot tub to ourselves together with private dog field.
Thank you we had an amazing time.
