We loved the location and the views. The hotel was so clean and we loved the free snacks and drinks. The room was clean and comfortable. The nearby restaurants were great! Loved White Rose Bakery.
If you come after working hours it isn't clear how/where to get into the building and where to get your key. There is signage but it is very small.

Location, cleanliness, comfortable
Better breakfast options would have been great. A warm meal.

Fabulous historic property in lovely part of town on the canal. Had the best feeling of “ welcome “ I have had in a long time,

It was a charming building and room. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We felt very much at home.
The only drawback was thin walls between the guest rooms. The people next to us had the television on until 4 a.m. and then made a phone call.
