About this apartment rental
You cannot get closer to Paradise Island Beach! The unit's patio stairs literally lead down to the white powdery sands of the famous beach. The view from the living room or patio is unforgettable! Only five minute walk to Atlantis resort!
Condo is fully equipped with washer & dryer, microwave, cable tv, internet, bbq, etc. The condo complex has very good security, a convenient restaurant, and good parking in case you get a rent-a-car. There are two master bedrooms upstairs, each with king size beds and tv's. There is a 3rd bedroom downstairs, with two single beds and also a tv. The unit is spacious, the swimming is pool by the front door and the ocean is by the patio door/living room just down the patio stairs. Sunrise Beach Club is 30 minute drive from Nassau International airport. Estell the villa manager can arrange airport transfers and tours to Dolphin Encounters/Blue Lagoon Island.

I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent stay. The condo was beautiful and exactly as pictured; it was the perfect place on the water.For future guests, I would recommend hiring a taxi rather than renting a car, as the traffic can be quite overwhelming. It is also worth noting the high cost of food. While there is a grocery store a short drive from the condo, those visiting from the United States should be prepared for the fact that certain familiar items may not be available.As noted on previous reviews Estell is amazing.

Estell was great!! Made us feel at home and checked in with us regularly to ensure our stay was going well. The photos of the property do not do it justice. Exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back!!!
