The large estate has over 2700 square feet of living space and is surrounded by 1/3 of an acre of sprawling grounds. There are 4 large comfortable bedrooms each with own private bath. Two of the bedrooms are ensuite, one of which is over 500 sq. ft. The main living quarters include a large living room with a wall of glass sliding door and chef's kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. The home has been designed for indoor / outdoor living with french doors that frame the incredible mountain and/or pool views from virtually every room. The home has been extensively and lovingly remodeled and outfitted with top elegant and comfortable furnishings with early California Monterey furniture and accessories. All of the beds are premium quality outfitted with 100% cotton linens for all of the bedrooms and baths. Period paintings and artwork grace the walls and rooms throughout. Vintage Library and period details create an environment typical of early California desert living.
The outdoor space includes a very large and private backyard with expansive 1937 estate size 'Salt-Water' pool. It also includes a chef's barbecue and wood burning fire pit. A perfect place to view the beautiful starry nights in the desert.... There's also plenty of room for entertaining or just relaxing by the pool and enjoying your own private views of the majestic mountains.

The property is convenient to everything. It is like an oasis in the desert. If it is available, we will definitely star here again. Great pool and backyard as well as multiple courtyards for easy outdoor entertainment.

Our family of 7 had a great stay. The host was the most responsive I've experienced. We stayed in mid-June which is definitely not the most ideal time to be in Palm Springs but we made it work. That being said, our only complaint was that several of the bedrooms were very warm, even with the AC, and the house rules (which we followed) do not allow the AC to be set below 75. There are many fans provided which we used at night. Overall, it's a beautiful old house in a great location and we would love to stay again.

Highly recommend this beautiful estate/house. I felt like I was in Martha Stewart's home. My family was so happy. I slept so well and didn't hear a sound. Owner was so helpful with any questions I had. Close to town and incredible setting. Everything we could want. Highly recommend. Going back next year for sure.
