About this cottage rental
Stand alone, private guest cottage. Beautiful & cozy. Remodeled Kitchen with granite counter tops tile back splash. New furnishings and new beds with down comforters. No pets. Private home with beautiful views of Little Cottonwood Canyon. Less than 10 minutes to Alta & Snowbird ski resorts. Close to Brighton and Park City skiing as well. Newly refinished and ready for your relaxing vacation. Enjoy the gas fireplace and watch the snow fall. Easy walk to the Bus / Park and ride to both Alta & Snowbird resorts. Access to Hot tub and BBQ grill. Gazebo area. Living area with large HD TV, bluRay and direct TV with movie channels, Dining area, Washer & Dryer, Full bathroom on the main level. 1 bedroom on main and 1 large bedroom upstairs with 1/2 bathroom. Loft has a twin size bed, comfy love seat, 32 inch HD TV with BluRay and lots of DVD's. Ski storage. Gas stove, Microwave, Granite countertops, coffee maker, Ninja Blender, complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and Tea.

Eric and Shauna were wonderful hosts! I've never VRBO'd where hosts have thought of everything you might need and provided it, including homemade salsa. The property is beautiful and large. We loved going to the back of the property in the morning with coffee and staring out at Little Cottonwood Canyon. The beds were lovely, comfy, and had lots of pillows of differtnt firmness --who thinks of that for their guests? Eric met us when we arrived even though everything was communicated beforehand and gave us a tour. Super helpful and was willing to be contacted should we have any questions. We took him up on that and ate at some really good places. Looking forward to coming back to this place. It was the best VRBO we've ever stayed at. - Tommie Guy

This is the most well-appointed rental we’ve ever stayed in! Eric & Shauna have thought of everything you might need while staying there. They are wonderful hosts. Their 10.0 rating is spot on!! The cottage is clean, cozy, eclectically decorated and the mountain views from the yard are amazing!
