About this house rental
Located about 1/2 mile from Long Pond on a quiet sand road, this 3 bedroom 2 bath home was built in 2004. The living, dining, and kitchen areas share a bright, open space with access to the deck and back yard. There is one bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed along with a full bath off the hallway. The other two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds, and full bath are on the second floor. The bedrooms have window A/C units. Centrally located, this house is about a 5 minute drive or a pleasant bike ride to Wellfleet Center, the ponds and ocean beaches. Available for 3 night minimums with an added cleaning fee. Cleaning fee included on 7 night or longer stays. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Property is well located within walking distance of Long Pond. Very comfortable beds and living room. We enjoyed the deck and the beautiful surrounding nature.

Needed a beach sticker for 2 weeks in September and had no access to get it remotely. Mostly stayed in house. House was great.
