This condo met our needs well. We had everything we needed and the grill was a great bonus. Second time we've stayed at the Mountain Villas at Boyne and we've been very pleased. Wildfire smoke limited our Grands pool time, but they still had a ball.

Two adults and a 10 and 13 yr old stayed here for two nights on our way up to Pictured Rocks. It was just enough room for us and in a great location. The 2 full bathrooms were definitely a bonus! The place was clean, uncluttered and had everything we needed to make meals. We were about 10-15 minute drive to explore Boyne City and Charlevoix. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance use the outdoor pool at Boyne Mountain Resort due to rain. We recommend staying here for all future travelers to the area for proximity to Boyne Mountain Resort, Skybridge, Avalanche Bay, Charlevoix, Petoskey and Boyne City!

This condo was clean and in a good location. The hosts were responsive. This condo is tiny, too small for four adults. It could work for small family with young kids. The bedding and mattresses are tired and worn out. The bathroom and shower we used was so small you can hardly move and women will have to get ready elsewhere. The kitchen appeared equipped but we didn't use it. Don't use the patio door the screen will just fall off. It was a dirty outside which i believe is the resort not the hosts. The climate system was either cold or hot, we eventually just opened the one window as it was cool at night. If you're on a budget our traveling with a couple smaller children this may work for you. if you have four adults I'd spend a couple hundred more and get a full size condo.
