About this hotel
New-Contemporary and Cozy has 3 bedrooms:
1 master bedroom - one king bed and ensuite with soaker and walk-in shower.
1 lower level bedroom - two ex.l twin beds combine into king, next door to main lower bath with bath/shower combo.
2 nd lower level bedroom - one queen bed, next door to main lower bath and near lower powder room.
Excellent linens and bedding
Guest area is open concept-separate and above garage, full kitchen facilities, and has sleeping for 3-4.
2 Extended Twin Beds can be combined into a King.
plus it has an -Allerton Queen- Comfortable pull out foam bed.
Main area has newer Viking, Kitchenaid and Miele Appliances.
Guest area has newer stainless steel appliances.
each area has a washer/dryer laundry pair and an outside LPG Grill for BBQ'ing.
main area sleeps six to eight and can be rented with or without guest area which sleeps an additional 4 people. Total maximum guests are limited to 10.

We enjoyed our stay and were impressed with the view and the comfort of the rooms and beds. We saw sea otters and seals on the last morning which was awesome. Saw bald eagles gliding by the windows everyday. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies.Gordon was responsive to our communication and resolved the one small problem we had during the stay.Only 1 down side was during checkin we had to get keys from the neighbor but she made it easy to get the keys without direct contact but met her on our departure day and she was a delight to visit with. (Only recommendation would be to upgrade the locks to number codes to smooth up the process).

The house is very well stocked, maybe even a little bit too much so. We had an instance with the AC that I think could have been handled a bit differently, maybe fans provided if the AC was down. But that situation was rectified. Private home, great kitchen space. We did not the seating on the upper level could be a bit comfier for guests to lounge while the cooks are cookin. Beds and bedding are 10/10 though. Overall a peaceful stay.

Great view. Lots of space. Several good eating spots but need reservations. Wild Mountain for example Great beds and sheets
