The home's reverse-living design places the main gathering spaces upstairs, where an open floor plan creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The comfortable living room is centered around a classic wood-burning fireplace, inviting everyone to gather after a day of adventure. Settle in with a favorite book, enjoy a family movie night, or simply relax as the warmth of the fire fills the room.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare favorite family meals, from leisurely breakfasts before a morning bike ride to comforting dinners shared around the table. With the kitchen, dining area, and living room flowing naturally together, it's a space designed for good conversation, shared laughter, and the pleasure of spending time with those who matter most.

Step outside onto the spacious upper deck, where the surrounding pines provide a lovely backdrop for outdoor living. Sleeping Arrangements

Upstairs: Bedroom One features a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the deck and private hot tub. It's a peaceful retreat where you can begin the morning surrounded by nature or slip outside for a relaxing soak at the end of the day.

Downstairs: Bedroom Two offers a comfortable queen bed, while Bedroom Three features two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, creating a cheerful space for younger guests or families traveling together. A shared full bathroom completes this level.

When it's time for a little friendly competition, gather around the foosball table for an afternoon tournament or an evening of family fun. With four adult cruiser-style bikes provided, exploring Sunriver's more than 40 miles of paved pathways is a pleasure. Splitrock 8 does not have air conditioning. The surrounding ponderosa pines provide welcome shade, while Sunriver's typically cooler evenings offer an opportunity to open the windows and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

For family reunions, multi-family vacations, or gatherings with friends, consider reserving nearby Splitrock 13 as well. Booking both homes offers the convenience of staying close together while giving everyone their own space to relax and recharge.


AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
