We had 7 people. Fit us all comfortably. If you have a second car you need a street pass but understand the rules. We had the street pass but were confused and still ended up with a 30 ticket. But the location was so perfect - able to walk to the Mall (about 20 minutes) and a couple blocks to the Wharf with tons of options for food. Would stay here again if we come back to DC.

The house was clean and spacious. The owner was very polite and greeted us after we arrived. We stayed for one night but if we planned a longer weekend in the future, we'd book here again. Our toddlers loved the kids toys and books available. Beds were comfortable. Also, the property is located a short walk away from the boardwalk and other restaurants.
