We got a room with no windows. We asked to which rooms. They said no. Not a good room when you’re you have issues with small spaces and no windows.

It was clean and in an overall great location.
We booked a room with 2 twin beds and 1 king. Checked in, got our room keys and opened the door to find 1 king and 1 queen. We had 4 people, 2 who could sleep together but 2 who could not. Went to front desk to ask about it. Was told that they were booked so nothing they could do. Maybe see if we could get a discount when the manager comes back, never did. So, 1 of us had to sleep on the floor, very uncomfortable and inconvenient since I booked for all of us to have a bed.
