Decent location, 5 minutes away from a main street and 10-15 minutes away from the ruin bars. Comfortable and very warm apartments, incredibly good thermal insulation! We didn't even have to turn on the heating despite it being close to 5 degrees at night.
There are some nitpicky reviews that complain about trivial stuff. Like cracks on the wall or something minor like that. I feel like those reviews are overexaggerated and don't take into account that these are budget apartments and not 5* hotels! The apartments were comfortable and more than enough for a short weekend trip, very very well priced.
The bathroom air vent is not very strong and it takes a bit to ventilate, we just left the door open when we weren't using it and it wasn't a big issue.

Location in the city center, 15 minutes from the Danube.
3 levels of underground parking is a major plus.
Pillows not very comfortable, getting the key and the remote for the garage felt like in an Escape Room game.
Also, in the morning unknown people in the neighborhood balconies were looking directly in my bedroom… not very private block area…
