We did not interact with staff due to our schedule. There were no visible staff available at the times we needed them.

Very clean, helpful staff. Stylish apartment fit out.
Mattress was too soft for me. But others maybe OK with that.

I enjoyed all of it, especially the Reception staff they went above and beyond. And the hot water in the shower. It was amazing, especially after being in the rain.

The location was great. Easy access to everything you wanted within walking distance. Good sized apartment.
There was a horrible smell of damp and dirty drains coming from the main bathroom. This would create a terrible smell throughout the apartment when you go out unless you have all air con blasting. This bathroom had no extraction fan, with just a small window that even when left open didn't help with the smell. On top of thus the apartment was no particularly clean, streaked internal windows and over the counters and benches. Broken rubbish bin in bathroom. For the price you pay, things that really bring down the stay.
