About this apartment rental
Completely redone 2 Br, 2.5 bath Gulf Front condo with updated, fully supplied kitchen and new washer/dryer. New flooring throughout. New closets, ceiling fans on the main level and in the bedrooms. Unit has been completely repainted and replumbed. All fixtures, sinks and vanities updated. Master bedroom has new king bedding, completely redone private bath and overlooks the beautiful marina and Lake Powell. Second bedroom has twin beds and gorgeous gulf and pool views. Main floor living room has brand new Queen sleep sofa with upgraded mattress, new furniture and Gulf View. Flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom with upgraded cable channels and Wi-fi. Our home rents from Sunday to Sunday.

We loved our stay at Vicki's condo. It was accurately portrayed in the listing description and photos-- beautifully up to date decor and all of the basic amenities needed for a week at the beach! The host was EXCELLENT with communication and went above and beyond to make sure we had no problems with our stay. Everything was smooth and seamless. The views were outstanding of both the gulf and the lake. Elevators in the main building were working great and the wait was minimal. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of seating for our family-- we especially loved the built in seating around the table that made it a perfect place for games on a rainy day. The Brewed Awakening 850 coffee shop and Pinnacle Grill onsite were a nice perk and don't sleep on the Salty Bottle coffee shop, Little Beach cafe, Discos Pizza, and General Store in Carillon Market area. The Pinnacle Port/Carillon area is the hidden gem between PCB & 30A-- we would definitely stay in this unit again!

This place is awesome for families of adult kids. They have a separate space upstairs which is perfect. The property is absolutely incredible but nothing beats the views off BOTH balconies! Can’t be beat. Fantastic location. Can’t recommend enough!

Very nice condo. Beautifully decorated and has everything you would expect. Kitchen also has all the supplies you need for cooking. Host was very nice and responded quickly. Will return when possible!

Great condo. Beach front. Could have been cleaner. Air was on the Fritz and it was hot out! Would stay again if they get new cleaning crew. Overall good trip.
