The lowest floor focuses on accommodation with 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. 2 beachfront King suites offer porch access, one with a roll-in handicap shower, and the floor also includes a bedroom with a pair of XL Twins and a bunkroom that sleeps 4.
The middle floor is built for group gatherings, with an open layout flowing from the spacious living room through the dining area and into the kitchen. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating facing gorgeous Gulf views. The gourmet kitchen features expansive granite countertops, a large island, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, an undercounter ice maker, and drip and Keurig coffee makers, along with everything else needed to prepare and serve meals for large groups. Everything about this place is top notch. Beautiful view of the ocean with a nice boardwalk. The pool is underneath the deck which we loved for the babies and kiddos. No worrying about being sunburnt! The house is very clean and stocked with anything you could need or think of. There are 2 dishwashers, refrigerators and washer/dryer. And there’s an elevator that was much appreciated by my in laws that have both had knee replacements!Excellent communication from the host. The location is quiet with just a short drive down town. If you have a large family then you definitely want to stay here. We are booking again next year!

The dining table was absolutely disgusting. It needs to be refinished or replaced. Everything sticks to it, the finish is gummy. The pool area lighting is poor. The elevator starts and levels itself constantly, which can be heard all night. Overall a nice stay, a gas fire pit in the pool area would be a great addition.
