One of the Best Orange Beach has to offer! Rarely do you come across a first floor corner unit just steps away from the sugary white sandy beach. Awaken to breathtaking views of the sunrise over the ocean and perhaps catch a view of dolphins swimming in the rolling waves. Dolphin Key is a low density building having only 24 units with it's own private beach area.The property has a gulf front pool, dune walkover,covered parking,charcoal grills for your use. This is a perfect setting for a relaxing family vacation.The unit has been recently updated with class and comfort in mind.Beautiful new tile in the living areas and new flooring in the bedrooms,new living area furniture and all new bedding and linens await your arrival.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay.There is a wet bar with a new ice maker in the living area. This smoke free condo, has free WiFi, sleeps 8 comfortably with a King size bed in the master suit which has a sliding glass window to the balcony.The master bath has a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. The other two bedrooms each have 2 Queen size beds in them.The living area has a comfy queen size sleeper sofa. This unit is Non smoking with no pets allowed, minimum age to rent 25 yrs old, strictly enforced. During the summer there is a minimum of 7 nights stay. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was a perfect location to the beach. Parking was never a problem and we often just took the stairs instead of the elevator . We mostly used the elevator when we we arrived and unloaded our luggage. The condo provides 3 carts, so loading and unloading our vehicle was very easy. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was very clean. The beach area and pool were never crowded. We often sat on the balcony and watched dolphins in the morning. There are plenty of places to explore close by including great restaurants.

We had a great time! The owners are great to work with and the condo is as advertised. One of the best locations in Orange Beach. We love coming here every year.

We loved this condo for our family vacation. The beach access was so great and we loved being on the first floor! The location was convenient to restaurants and groceries. Parking was great and we appreciated the garage for shade. We would stay at this condo again.
