We are in the heart of The Texas Hill Country. Our comfortable getaway sleeps 6 with a sparkling pool & shaded patios. Only 1 mile from the Guadalupe River, & Whitewater, close to Schlitterbahn, Gruene Hall, New Braunfels, Wimberley, San Antonio, The Alamo & River Walk & over 50 wineries. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would.Our stay in Canyon Lake was nothing short of extraordinary. The property itself is breathtaking; sprawling, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully designed with stunning landscaping at every turn. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a private oasis where every detail had been curated for both beauty and comfort.One of the standout features was the pool - truly the most refreshing escape from the blistering Texas heat. After long, sun-soaked days, slipping into the cool water felt like pure bliss. It was not only inviting but essential, and it elevated the entire experience.What made this stay even more memorable, however, was the atmosphere. It was incredibly peaceful and relaxing; the kind of place where time slows down and you can genuinely unwind. Whether enjoying a quiet morning coffee surrounded by deer or sipping a glass of wine in the evening while listening to the hum of the cicadas and the hooting of the owls, every moment felt restorative.And I cannot say enough about Larry. Without question, he was the kindest and most thoughtful host I have ever encountered. His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care for our experience was evident from start to finish. This property is a rare gem - beautiful, serene, and perfectly suited for a relaxing retreat. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming about a return visit.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this property. Larry was very welcoming and immediately showed us around the property. We enjoyed our time at the gorgeous pool, and made the short trip to Gruene Hall.We will definitely be back to stay here again!
