Aisha and Yohanna the waiters were friendly.attentive and overall an assett for the resort.They made you feel welcome without being overbearing and intrusive.Musha at reception are always ready for help and answering all our many questions.We feel welcome and look after to enjoy our staycation.
The many steps that we have to climb to our room.I think they must look at the guest age before they allocate the rooms.

All inclusive package catered to every need. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks in between meals and unlimited drinks including a 24 hour bar on a jeti. There are 3 restaurants to choose from daily - Indian, Asian and the main restaurant. The resort had a well planned daily schedule of activities suitable for all age groups. There is also a turndown service every evening including mosquito spraying as well as mosquito nets for your bedroom. We highly recommend Simba tours available at the resort to meet your itinerary for tours and transport. They were efficient, safe and great communication. Ally Baba and Muda went beyond our expectations.
Beach access is limited as it is a non-swimming beach but has a beautiful sunrise and you’re able to relax along the shore as well as play volley ball and football on the sand. There are 2 high tides and 2 low tides every 24 hours. If you’re interested in seaweed farming which is common in Marimbu you can also contact Ally Baba. The resort is connected to Zanzibar Bay Resort.
If you visit the sister hotel known as Reef in Jambiani and have the all inclusive package , you will be able to enjoy lunch and activities there as well free of charge.
Be careful around beach boys in general throughout your Zanzibar trip - don’t entertain yours and packages that they advertise.
We are thoroughly enjoyed our experience at paradise hotel and would definitely visit again.
Food quality can be improved however the quantity is more than sufficient. Improvement in flavour and seasoning is recommended.

The kids club, the pool, the outside bars, the lunch areas, friendly and generally helpful staff all around the resort, really good and fast wassup communication with the hotel staff who tries to help with our inquiries. We also enjoyed the evening activities such as the dancing show.
The preparation of the food could be improved. Hummus was not real hummus. The burger had some piece of bone inside, the chicken was cut in small pieces that we could find small pieces of bone. It took two days to replace the mosquito net that was too small for the bed.

The closeness to the beach
The room had no phone nor fridge. The AC went off sporadically in the middle of the night then the light went on and this disturbed my sleep .
