About this cottage rental
1021 Scaup Ct in the Sparrow Pond neighborhood has been newly renovated with updates throughout including newly added fourth bedroom and half bath. Great location, pool and beach access nearby!
Charming cottage is situated in one of the best locations on the Island and is a favorite spot to many vacationers. Located in the popular Sparrow Pond community and close to all of Kiawah's amenities as well as Freshfields Village, this gorgeous cottage offers upscale furnishings, renovated kitchen and baths, Wi-Fi internet, and a spacious screened in porch. There are four bedrooms with plenty of room. Both bathrooms have had a full renovation and have a spa like feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances and all you need to prepare meals . Full sized washer and dryer.
If you absolutely must work from the home, the twin bedroom does have a comfortable office chair, desk, and a small printer available. This cottage does allow one dog up to 50 lbs (or two smaller dogs) pet fee is included.
Take a short five minute walk or quick bike ride and you'll be at the ocean's edge in no time.(0.3mi) There are 10 miles of glorious beach to enjoy and you can ride your bike right on the hard packed sand. Enjoy neighborhood community pool at the end of your day on the beach or at one of the many golf courses.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Our Local Property Management team is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). No access available for resort pools or fitness center.

The location was excellent. The kitchen was quite adequate. The bedrooms were a little small. The rugs throughout the house were a serious tripping hazard!

This house was in an excellent location in West Beach. Near the community pool and a few minutes walk to the beach. It has been updated and the colors are light and bright. As a family that likes to grill and eat in several nights on our vacation, we found the kitchen amenities could have been upgraded. It was hard to have more than two people at a time in the kitchen, not just while cooking. One of the chairs was very dirty; it needs to be professionally cleaned. Upon arrival, those of us who kicked off our shoes had black feet from the floor. I did not realize that the bedrooms do not have dressers. That was hard keeping our clothes organized on the shelves in the closets. We've stayed many times on the island and off island, I would have a hard time recommending this due to the cleanliness, lack of closets and kitchen. For the price, it needed to have stepped up in those areas.
