Only a 5-minute walk from downtown shops, great restaurants and Carpinteria's Farmers Market. Fully stocked and welcoming, this unit has everything you'll need to relax and enjoy beach living. Private patio opens up to beach side for great sunrises, sunsets and beach sounds. Complex features 2 heated pools and a jacuzzi, as well as a clubroom and washer/dryer.
We welcome you and your family/friends to our unit, which sleeps 4, with a 2 queen beds in each bedroom. Equipped with what you’ll need for a ‘home away from home’, WiFi, flat-screen TV, cable and DVD player. The kitchen includes beautiful quartz counter tops, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and includes small appliances, such as coffee maker, blender and toaster.
Listen to the waves, smell the salt air and watch the sunset from the private patio with beach access. There are two pools and a Jacuzzi at the condominium complex, which are heated year around.
Only 10 minutes North from beautiful Santa Barbara and 15 minutes South to Ventura – an ideal location!

The condo was perfect for our needs. Great location and very well maintained. The interior was really cute. Super close to the beach and easy access to the pool. Would definitely come again :)

Perfect location. We were in town for UCSB graduation. The apartment is across the street from the beach, waking distance from shops and restaurants. Parking was easy and accessible. The house was fully stocked with everything you need. We felt right at home.
