About this house rental
The name says it all!!! Come watch the sun sink in the gulf and relax with this beautiful 5 bedroom, 2 Bunk Bed Cubby, 5 full baths and 2 half baths two story home that is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with a boardwalk to your private beach. This home sleeps 18 and is the perfect family get away to make sure family stays together. The home boast an open floor plan allowing for a perfect view of the gulf from almost anywhere in the home. The two master bedrooms and baths have their own private decks only accessible through the bedroom. Two other bedrooms have private baths and Gulf views. The two larger decks off the living areas allow for dolphin watching or just enjoying the Gulf breezes. The home is elevated which provides covered parking with a swing, grill, storage for beach items and a 1/2 bath conveniently located on the beach level. The interior has tiled and wood floors through out as well as granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths. 8 flat screen TV's are scattered though out the house. Let the kids hang out upstairs playing games or watching TV in their living area while the adults enjoy the downstairs living area and wet bar. The home is equipped with a washer and dyer, 2 ice makers, 3 refrigerators, high end kitchen appliances including single cup and carafe coffee makers, coffee grinder, blender, WIFI and a sound system that services the outside as well as the inside. You are also just 15-20 minutes to Outlet Stores, restaurants or the night life of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Want to bring your own boat? No problem...there are several public launch areas just down the street from Million Dollar View that provide access to the bay or the gulf. Golfer? Kiva Dunes is just around the corner providing some of the best golf on the gulf. This home has it all... including our 'pet' Blue Heron Rufus who loves to be fed bait from the local stores... Had a great time with our family. Everything we would need was already there from chairs to umbrellas and toys for the kids. House was beautiful and well stocked with everything. The surroundings and the beach were beautiful. Hoping to return again.

This home is absolutely wonderful! (Read all the reviews; everyone agrees!) We had 4 adults and 6 kids. The two living rooms gave us plenty of space. We also appreciated the 2 indoor refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. The views from the house are breathtaking. The house is on the corner so felt very private. We loved the neighborhood and enjoyed daily walks. It was so great that our kids could play on the beach while we sat on the porch. The swing and picnic area under the house was also a popular space. Lynn (the owner) was fantastic to work with! She responded promptly and went above-and-beyond to ensure our stay was everything we wanted. We could tell that she and her husband take great pride in their home. I highly recommend this property!!!
