About this apartment rental
Enjoy breathtaking, unobstructed, white-water and pier views from your living room and private balcony. This condominium is located in the FAMOUS San Clemente Pier Bowl and is steps to the pier and FABULOUS Fisherman's Restaurant where you can enjoy San Clemente sunsets at their finest. Beautiful antique shops and quaint village shopping is all within walking distance.
This unit has recently been completely redecorated and everything is new and beautiful. The master bedroom offers "5-star hotel like" elegance with king-size sleeping accommodations and a private bath. The secondary bedroom offers a queen-size bed and shares a hall bath with the third bedroom which offers two twin bunk bed sets brightly decorated for children's amusement!
The Coaster (Amtrak) stops daily at the pier and will transport travelers to San Diego where you can catch local transportation to Del Mar Racetrack, world-famous San Diego Zoo, LegoLand, Sea World, or Old Town San Diego... even the Mexican border town Tijuana! To the north of us Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Long Beach Aquarium, Queen Mary, and Universal Studios also await.
With steps to the beach and covered picnic/barbecue area you are sure to enjoy your San Clemente vacation! We love our San Clemente home and want you to enjoy it as much as we do!
Prices quoted are for parties of 4. For parties of 5 or more, there may be an additional nominal charge, as our expenses increase accordingly. I am happy to answer any questions. I will do my best to accommodate any special requests and be flexible with dates, length of stay and price when possible.

This was the perfect place for us for a beach trip! The beach access and view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing! The host was communicative and the condo had everything we needed. Overall, a great experience.

This is great oceanside/view condo in the heart of San Clemente. The listing is accurately described and had everything we needed for our stay. The covered porch overlooking the pier was perfect for coffee in the morning, and sun filled in the late afternoon. All rooms were comfortably furnished, and the master bedroom bed is very comfortable. Plenty of beach towels and beach gear including a buggy, chairs, boogie boards, and more. Secure parking under the building made it very easy to come and go. Although we never used the pool and hot tub, the area was clean looked relaxing. There are grills for use up on the pool patio which we did use. Very convenient. Angela is a great host and was easy to communicate with. Thank you! We would definitely stay here during our next trip to San Clemente.

Fantastic location to the pier and beach! Grandkids loved the pool as well. Great balcony to people watch. Well stocked kitchen with cooking/baking essentials. Unit is close to stairway exits which we used to get to parking garage and beach. Unit has LOTS of wall and table decor easily accessible to curious hands. We were a party of 2 adults and 4 kiddos aged 9-16. Bunk beds barely fit the teens and would not work for adults. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this unit. Owner was very accommodating and easy to work with.
