About this apartment rental
This 3rd floor unit is located directly on the beach at the Island Princess Resort on Okaloosa Island. With stunning views from the balcony, you'll never want to leave!
The non-smoking, pet free, two bedroom unit was beautifully renovated with granite countertops, stainless appliances, new kitchen cabinets, fully equipped kitchen, coastal furnishings, and custom shutters in the bedrooms. There is also a custom shower in the master bath and tub/shower combination the second bathroom.
The cheerful master bedroom has direct oceanfront views with a king bed, bedroom two has another king bed AND there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are TV's in every room including a 48" flat screen Smart TV. Direct TV service is provided.
For your convenience, we provide starter supplies of the following:
Trash Bags, toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, dish soap.
There is hassle free check in, (by way of keyless door code), one complimentary assigned covered parking spot, free wireless internet, ring doorbell for emergency maintenance calls and deliveries, direct tv, free seasonal beach service. (Includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella per unit), pool and hot tub.
Island Princess is close to many excellent restaurants, a short walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive to Destin!
We do not rent to persons under 25, unless accompanied by parent.

The stay at Island Princess was wonderful. Definitely somewhere we would stay again and the pictures are an accurate representation of the property. The beach view was even closer in person than what it looks like in the pictures. The condo was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was really nice to have the chairs and umbrella provided and Chandler, the guy that sets them up was really nice and helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze and Jane left very good instructions on everything. We checked in on the 4th of July and got to see Fort Walton’s fireworks which were amazing from the front of the condo. The beach was not crowded at all and we never had trouble getting our chairs first thing in the morning. The pool was quite small and there were usually a lot of people in it so we didn’t utilize it. We did use one of the grills. They have both charcoal and gas. The area was easy to get in and out of too, traffic wise. Much less busy in Okaloosa than Destin.

Beautiful room with a beautiful view. Never waited for an elevator, which can be a problem at some resorts during summer months. Very smooth check in and check out process. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was very clean and well-kept, overall a beautiful unit! Fit our family of 5 perfectly! Only one minor issue to check-in, only because this was our first experience doing it this way, BUT was resolved by the host very quickly! To check-in, you go straight to your room at the specified check-in time and enter the given code. We thought we had to speak to someone before we went up to the room, as we’ve had to do at other condos. No other “complaints”. It was a great stay, minus the weather!

Communication was excellent. The unit was clean and comfortable. Stocked well. Not a full on beach view but that is described in the listing. Would recommend this unit!
