Lagoon Landing 301 is a spacious three-bedroom, three-bath condo with partial Gulf views from the private 3rd-floor balcony. Enjoy deeded beach access just across the street.
Unit amenities:
• Balcony access from the living room and primary bedroom
• Tile flooring downstairs; carpeted loft
• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a home-away-from-home stay. Dining area seats four, and there are three barstools for additional seating
• Washer and dryer inside the unit
• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed
• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed
• Third bedroom has a queen-size bed
• Loft area features two twin beds, each with a twin-size trundle
• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in/check-out
• Maximum of two cars allowed
Maximum occupancy of 10 people strictly enforced by on-site management. Over-occupancy will result in a $100/day fee payable directly to the Lagoon Landing Association.

If you are looking for a smaller complex away from traffic and noise this is your spot. The condo was clean, spacious and excellent. The ocean view was still great on the front deck and you can hear the waves. The back with the lagoon was gorgeous at sunset. The pool was so nice. The walk to the beach access was quick and easy. The boardwalk to the beach was excellent. The lagoon access just over the bridge was walkable and a great place to hangout as well. The paths to walk off of the main road were so nice with little piers along the way to walk out on. Just an amazing place to stay. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

This property is fine for those who are not handicapped. The view is nice. It was comfortable as far as layout and furniture. The balcony was nice. But the sunshine cooks the front of the condo. Even the door handle was hot. It needs drapes or blinds on the front windows! Could be great with changes.
