Although that i had a previous unsatisfied experience at the resort but it's my Third time at the same resort , and the reason of changing my previous negative experience and choosing the same resort everytime is Mr. Moustafa Zakaria , who really keen on guests satisfaction , He is very helpful, polite , has relevant fast solutions for any problem , we would like to thank him so much.
Food still needs enhancement and more varieties

It was clean, tidy, comfortable with good food and service, the staff was helpful and the stay was very nice to me and my family.
The view from the suite wasn't that much, I will have to book a nearer place to the sea next time.

The room was clean and comfort but not from first time but after checking in and take our bags to a very dirty un prepared room full of rubbish , tissues on the floor , used cups and glasses and i record a video for the room and we went to the reception and complained then they changed the room to a clean beautiful one , and this second room was totally satisfying for us.
The staff at the reception they were friendly but can't work under pressure , a man with glasses they say that he is the manager of the reception he said it clearly to a guest infront of all guests "please guests do not talk to me on the same time as that pressure me and i can't work under pressure 😂😂😂 " , the food is totally bad either breakfast or dinner with no varities for 3 nights , on the 3rd night we went to dinner at 8 pm " Dinner from 7 to 9 pm " we found that some dishes were finished and not refilled
