Pest control services are provided regularly in my condo; however, we cannot eradicate the natural habitat of the island. Please be accepting and respectful when you are on the island. Please help me preserve the freshly painted walls so we can enjoy them for a while. Please kindly use a towel on the New mattresses for extra protection, especially during menstruation or when caring for children. Please note that any stains on the mattresses will incur a $250 cleaning fee.
