The hotel was gorgeous, lots of pools & entertainment for young kids which was great.
We reported that our balcony light didn’t work and it was fixed almost immediately.
The hotel rooms are clean & modern, a little worn but absolutely fine.
We stayed self catering so can’t comment on the food.
The staff here were lovely and so were the cleaners.
The only issue we noticed with cleaning was that your apartment floor never felt clean and you had no facilities to sweep or mop only a tiny dustpan and brush. The apartments are cleaned every day apart from Wednesday and Saturdays.
The entertainment finished at 11, I thought this was quite early and the bar also shut at this time. If you don’t like walking this hotel is set quite far back from the main town and restaurants but this didn’t bother us.

Excellent location for the beautiful beaches and restaurants, plenty of parking. The apartment was very spacious and the complex was very nice. Playa Blanca is definitely one of the nicest areas to stay for a holiday.
The apartment was a little tired in places, the bathroom in particular.

The location was great, the staff friendly and helpful and there were several pools catering for a wide range of guests. Food was good too!
Our apartment had a few maintenance issues
