Great location and great amenities ( coffee, tea, saran wrap spices soaps and shampoos). The unit needs a deep clean! For example , when we moved the footstool in the sectional couch we discovered it hadn't been moved or vacuumed prior to our arrival as evidenced by crumbs and a spot which my husband cleaned up with carpet cleaner we found in the unit.. The blankets in the chest had what resembled pet hair even though pets are not allowed in the unit. The cookware should be weeded through as several pieces have burnt bottoms like they've been used over a fire and there is no need for them to be in the cupboard as there are newer and cleaner pieces available. The game cabinet looks like it has a lot of choice but The Life game only had one car so not playable, the SET game only had 77 cards not 81. I realize not everyone comes to play games but we were with our two granddaughters and we like games. We also had a minor problem with a random earwig entering the unit which isn't a big deal but freaked our one granddaughter out. Keifer communicated with us effectively but my VRBO App and e mail aren't connected and we did struggle until we started texting. I think he would have addressed all of my concerns to my satisfaction but we weren't there to get things fixed we were there to enjoy our granddaughters tenth birthday and none of the issues were significant enough to impact our enjoyment of the area.

Really nice place in a great location. We didn't use the patio as luck gave us toddlers on one side and a loud, all day party on the other. A great central location for to see some fascinating geology in every direction.

Big place. Peaceful setting. Lower unit but can't hear the people above and it's nice because you just walk out and you're steps away from the pool/hot tub.
