Fully stocked kitchen, large deck overlooking Little Sandy Pond, plenty of patio chairs and tables, gas grill, charcoal grill, corn hole, fire pit, kayak, paddleboard; abundant fishing of bass, perch and pickerel; books, games. Shallow clean water (because only battery powered motors are allowed). Kitchen linens, comforters, blankets, pillows and bathroom hand towels are included. BATH TOWELS AND BED SHEETS ARE NOT INCLUDED. BRING YOUR OWN BED LINENS, TOWELS AND BEACH TOWELS.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It had a rural cabin feel with nice finishes and access to all you need to have a great stay. Mary was very responsive and great to work with. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a cabin feel right on the water.

This house was absolutely perfect for our week long trip to the cape. The only thing I was concerned about as a lifelong Florida girl, was the A/C situation (it is a window unit instead of central) but I can confirm that the window unit was more than sufficient! The house is quaint, but still has plenty of room with the 3 queen beds and 2 twins. The water in the pond that the property is on is cool, clear, and clean. The kids had a great time paddleboarding and kayaking, and the views are spectacular. My mom even said she could see herself living in that house.

We loved having a beautiful view on the water. The property was so quiet and large enough for our family to have our own space too. Mary checked in with us a few times during our stay and was responsive to any questions we had. We definitely plan to book again.

Pond breezes made even the hottest days seem comfortable. Plenty of sleeping areas and home is very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable.
