About this apartment rental
Spoil your family - stay at the best on the West Coast Beach. Capture the sunsets from the balcony of our elegant, Non-Smoking, 1900 SQ.FT. corner condo at the premier Beach Palms.
Lounge at our beautiful tropical garden salt water pool (heated in the winter season) for year around swimming. Lounge chairs, tables, grills and umbrellas are on the deck area and the pool is surrounded by swaying palm trees and lush tropical plants.
We are a Saturday to Saturday building and are unable to accommodate rental requests to begin on any day other than a Saturday .We have recently switched our cleaning services to a bonded and insured company which is doing an awesome cleaning job for us!
Our upscale, lovely appointed, three bedroom, two bath, oversized, corner condo allows you to walk down to the sandy beach right from the balcony staircase. The master bedroom and living room open directly to the balcony with a panoramic view of the calming waters of the Gulf of Mexico to watch those breathtaking sunsets every evening. The second guest bedroom also has a private balcony.
Beach Palms property is well maintained for your pleasure with security on site. Our condo has one ground level private parking space.We also have a surprise closet filled with various items such as beach toys, floats, ice chest and beach chairs for your use. We do not monitor these items and they are always changing depending on our guests’ contributions and use.

We had an amazing stay at Beach Palms! The condo was clean and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, making it feel like a home away from home. From the well-equipped kitchen to all the little extras, the owners truly thought of everything.The sunsets each evening were absolutely breathtaking and one of the highlights of our trip. We also loved the atmosphere at the complex—the other families staying there were so friendly, respectful, and family-oriented, which made our vacation even more enjoyable.The owner was wonderful to work with. Communication was excellent, and any questions we had were answered quickly. It made the entire booking and stay completely stress-free.We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Beach Palms to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly beach getaway. We can't wait to come back!

Stop looking and book this condo now!! It's perfection!!! Steps to the sand, pool was great, view was amazing from the entire condo!! This place has everything you could possibly need from beach gear to kitchen supplies and all the comforts of home. It was very clean!! Our host was fantastic, great communication, answered questions quickly and was extremely accommodating. We were sad to leave when our week was over. You will not regret renting this condo!!

Absolutely 10/10 property! Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Condo was very spacious, clean, and the view was absolutely beautiful! Communication with the host was top notch. We would absolutely stay again.

Condo was as described. Very clean and well maintained. We had absolutely no issues . Beach view and access was outstanding. The host was very responsive. I would love to stay here again if we ever come back to the area
