Luxury apartment 10 minutes from the beach, very bright on the ground floor with large private terrace solarium. Fully equipped: Bedroom with double bed. Bathroom Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob and oven. Quiet urbanization, closed with 24 hour security, next to the new Coastal Path of Mijas that runs almost 6 kms of wooden path at the edge of the sea from La Cala de Mijas to Puerto Deportivo Cabopino. Large communal gardens with two swimming pools equipped with access mechanism for people with reduced mobility. Private parking space in basement. Bus and taxi stop and immediate access to the highway, 8 km from Fuengirola and 20 km from Marbella. Cala de Mijas is 500 meters away. There it has all the services (restaurants, supermarkets, hairdressers, commerce, medical services, police, Post office, etc). In the Term of Mijas it has several tourist attractions such as racecourse, seven golf courses, ... Nearby, you can also find the marinas of Cabopino, Fuengirola, Marbella and Banús. There is a large LIDL supermarket a few meters away and also numerous restaurants, cafes and other service establishments nearby.
There are several restaurants-chiringuito on the beach in front of the urbanization, where you can also, if you wish, rent sunbeds and umbrellas.
There are bus lines that connect the entire Costa del Sol and also with other cities in Andalusia. It is recommended to visit the nearby towns of Marbella, Fuengirola, Estepona, Benalmádena and Torremolinos. The province of Malaga also has a large number of interior locations of great cultural interest. Especially recommended the visit of the cities of Malaga and Granada. Taxis offer closed prices to take you to the main tourist destinations in the area. No surprises

Lovely position in la cala ,10 min walk to all shops, bars and great beach. Car not required as supermarket is across road .Apartment is good size and balcony is a great sun trap .We spent 70 days here xmas onwards and loved it. If you had any problems with apartment ( which we didn't) Ricardo was only a whatsapp away
