Beat the desert heat at your own private resort. This 3BR/2BA tropical pool home sleeps 6 comfortably (with extra space on the living room couch for a 7th/8th), and it’s built for serious heat relief — a solar-heated pool with misters, foggers, and deck jets that turn 110° into pool-party weather, plus an above-ground spa under a palapa for cool evenings.
Bringing the boat? You’re covered. Just 4.7 miles to Havasu Marina, the Windsor boat launch, or London Bridge — and back home you’ve got plenty of parking across the driveway, side yard, and garage, so there’s no scrambling for trailer space.
The garage doubles as a game room with a Pac-Man arcade and table shuffleboard, so there’s something to do even when you’re not poolside. Outside, enjoy the large covered patio with an outdoor sink and fridge, propane BBQ, fire pit, and patio heater (propane fill-up is a quick stop at Kiowa Mart). Every TV is Roku-loaded with Netflix, YouTube, ESPN, and more.

Positives: owner was responsive to texts in a timely manner. Backyard is beautiful.
Not so positive: interior of house needs a good scrubbing and some TLC. Floors and counters were clean, but baseboards and walls need a deep cleaning. Dresser in master bedroom needs repair/replacement, as drawers fall out of tracks. Kitchen drawer missing handle.
MAJOR disappointment: pool is listed in posting as “heated”. Pool is not heated...only has a thermal cover. The advertised “heated pool” was a main reason we booked because we know March in Havasu isn’t always warm. We had hoped to spend a few days floating in the pool but since it wasn’t heated, this wasn’t an option.
If you want a party house, this is it. If you want luxury, maybe not.
