Newly remodeled 1 bedroom cottage tucked behind a 1926 California bungalow on a quiet cul-de-sac in the center of Sebastopol. This beautiful cottage has a sparkling new bathroom with a walk-in shower and a frame-less glass door. The kitchen has new appliances, tile and counter. French doors connect the private deck to the bedroom, living room and bathroom. There is a king size bed and television.

My husband and I were able to get away from it all at this charming and clean cottage in the heart of downtown Sebastapol yet nestled on a quiet neighborhood street with trees and gardens. We felt so at home. Carol, our host, was available and helpful whenever we had a question, and a delight to meet. We will come back here again.

Carol's place is absolutely perfect. Quiet, comfortable, clean, well laid out, walking distance to everything and anything you need in town...Carol is a wonderful conscientious host. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Carol and her place. We look forward to a return visit!
