About this apartment rental
This 1,500 SF recently renovated apartment is a lower level walk-out apartment with lots of natural light and amazing views. The apartment is located in our large farm house, which is on 24 acres viewing the Clark Fork River. The property is home to an operating farm and organic vegetable garden. You may also see, elk, deer, eagles, and lots of birds that roam and fly onto the property.
Located on a bench above the Clark Fork river, you will have spectacular views of the valley and the west flowing river. A convenient swimming and fishing access for the river is located a short 1.5 miles down the road. Guests have their own patio, for relaxation and views! There are lots of great hiking trails, and great boating opportunities nearby.
This home away from home consists of two large bedrooms, each with queen size beds, and 1 large bathroom. A double size air mattress is available to accommodate additional guests. The large living room includes a gas fireplace and kids games. The kitchen is new with tons of cabinetry and room for cooking.
This property is an easy all year round, 25 minute drive west of Missoula on Interstate 90.

This was a a very comfortable place to stay. My husband had good luck fishing at the Petty Creek fishing access, which was just 1 mile down the road. It was close to rafting adventures and not too far from Missoula. Molly and Michael were super responsive and provided camp chairs for us to sit by the river. A good place to stay if you want access to the Clark Fork River and Albertson Gorge area. Beautiful views very peaceful setting.

Molly and Michael were excellent hosts. Very nice and helpful with the area. Their dog Louis was very friendly and hung out and played with our granddaughter. Awesome views and location and we enjoyed watching the trains go by! Definitely would recommend and if possible love to stay there again. Thanks for a great stay!!

This is our second time staying in this location. We love the mountain / river views and the serenity. This time around we especially loved the beautiful yard that my toddlers were able to play in since it was summer. There’s even a tire swing! Both times we have stayed (December & June) we had wild turkeys come up in the yard to visit with us. The hosts are super nice and even let us borrow some toys as well as a pack and play.
