About this house rental
This simple, clean, 2 bedroom home has everything you need to enjoy a vacation by the beach. It is a lovely quiet neighborhood, just a 10min walk directly down our street to the beach. If you really want to feel like you live in San Diego's best neighborhood, this is the place. It is a real home (not a condo or apartment), with a lush garden in front and private fenced back yard. Well behaved pets are welcome. There is no extra pet fee. Reserved covered parking spot in the driveway. Fresh oranges off the tree in the back yard. Newly remodeled bathroom with walk in shower. Split unit AC/Heater. 4 Beach Cruiser bikes for your use. And our signature welcome margarita fixings, chips and salsa are waiting for you on arrival.

We stayed here last week and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The location was ideal, and the house was clean; real San Diego beach house vibe. The host went above and beyond by leaving us a welcome surprise of margaritas, chips, and salsa! One of the highlights was the amazing orange tree in the backyard, which we loved. The house itself was cozy and comfortable, making it the perfect home base for our trip. Considering the cost of other stays in the area, this place offers excellent value. It was easy to book, conveniently located, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great family getaway!

This pet-friendly house was an ideal location for parking, having a quiet neighborhood setting and close walk to the beach. Alisa was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend to others!
