Footprints in the Sand is a beautiful three story home that sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Cape San Blas. If you are looking for a perfect getaway, look no further. Each floor is thoughtfully laid out to accommodate one or more families, and provides a special spot for adults, and kids to have their own space! Upon your arrival, you will enter the ground floor level which is a great area for kids to hang out. This is where you will find the second family room which includes a queen size sleeper couch, chairs, a full size fridge for extra drinks, and a SMART TV. Also on this level is a King Bedroom (The Flamingo) and full bathroom. The main level is a wonderful gathering spot for all. The hardwood floors lead you into a large family room, which includes custom interiors, fine furnishings, a large flat screen TV, and lots of windows to showcase the gorgeous ocean view. The family room flows nicely into the gourmet kitchen, where the finest chefs will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, high end appliances, newly installed water filtration system, and granite counter tops. There is also a stand alone ice maker in the kitchen. Enjoy the furnished main deck on this level, where you will be transported by the gentle ocean breeze and the sound of the ocean waves. Also on the main level is a laundry room, with a full size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. This level also has a Queen bedroom (Sail Away) and full size bathroom. The top level has a King Bedroom (Mermaid Cove) with en suite bath and sliding glass doors to the private master deck with breathtaking views of the beach. The master deck has a swing where you can relax and listen to the waves. The bunk room (The Sea Shore) is also on the top level and has a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle. There is also a full bathroom in the hall on the top level. Each of the bedrooms has a Smart TV. A short private walkway leads you to the gleaming white sand beach. After a fun filled day on the beach, relax and unwind in the outdoor shower (hot and cold water) and the private pool. The ground level outside area also has a huge porch swing. Enjoy free Wi-Fi Internet access and long distance, covered parking for 1 car, and open air parking for another 4+ cars. Footprints in the Sand is a very special place where you will form lasting, lifelong memories. Everything was clean and welcoming. When we had an issue the team was extremely responsive and fixed it immediately. The beach access was so perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay with my family.

The house is very well stocked with almost evrything you need. Kayaks, paddleboard, beach cart, beach chairs and a well stocked and vary nice kitchen. Just show up and enjoy. Coastal Joe's was great to work with!

Kitchen was well equipped and was clean. Front door needs to be replaced due to lock not working correctly and the door itself seems to be the problem. Place had nice beach equipment to use for free. The pool is extremely small and beach mice came out at night...eeek
