About this villa rental
This villa and furnishings has stunning views of St. Kitts and the Caribbean Sea from an elevated site. The two master suites are each situated on each side of the main living area with custom teak wood french doors opening toward the carribean sea. The kitchen appliances, cookware, dinnerware are well equipped and exquisite for dining in.
The villa has a veranda with electric screen for insect free dining and/or relaxing. There is a large inground saltwater pool directly off the elevated veranda for relaxing during the day and lighted pool for evening swims. The expansive yard has been professionally landscaped and manicured. We have a private landscape contractor who routinely cares for the yard and landscape.
The villa is located on 1.2 acres totally fenced in with an automated gate at the entrance for easy access.
The Villa is located on the desirable north west side of Nevis in Jones Estate. It is just a 5 -minute walk to the closest beach.
The quiet neighborhood is just minutes from some of the best restaurants, the sea, and watersports center at Oualie Beach.

Can’t say enough about our stay at Red Ginger. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, welcoming, in an ideal location. The view from the veranda was like a painting. The grounds are lovely, the pool fantastic with comfortable and ample outdoor furniture. It’s a very quiet area, which is important to us. The home came with high quality bedding, towels, beach supplies and a well- stocked kitchen. Derek the house manager even picked up a few staples for us before we arrived. The hosts made the transfers to and from Nevis to St Kits seamless and stress free. They also arranged for us to rent a car. We have travelled around the Caribbean a bit, and this was our favorite home. We can’t recommend highly enough, we will certainly be back!

Great communication with the owner, Jan set up all transfers (taxi/water taxi/shuttle to the house),along with the rental car for both arrival & departure. Very smooth, timely and much appreciated. The house manager met us at the dock in Nevis, took us to the house and went over everything. The entire team was available, if needed, throughout our stay. The Red Ginger Villa is well maintained/appointed, and is in a spectacular location. We enjoyed the amazing sunsets from the spacious veranda every evening, followed by a night swim…the stars are incredible. Appreciated the washer/dryer, the superb kitchen, and all the xtras (snorkel gear, floats, beach towels/chairs and cooler). Jan also provided significant information on restaurants, beaches, grocery stores and things to do.If you’re looking for a quiet, private and relaxing vacation, this is it. Thanks again Jan for everything!

Thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful grounds, view and privacy of the pool. Having the retractable electric screens on the front door and back veranda were helpful. The amount of bug bites, however, not my favorite part. Did make use of the coils and daily spray, but they seem to enjoy my scent more than my partner's. Recommend netting on the beautiful canopy in the master suite.

A fantastic stay at Red Ginger Villa! We loved the location, screened porch, pool, access to house beach supplies, and the troop of monkeys that came by ever so often! Not to mention all of the help Jan provided with our logistics!! Derek even made sure we had some provisions on hand for our arrival. You absolutely CAN NOT go wrong booking this gorgeous villa on Nevis.
