Two Living Areas: A cozy formal living room for quiet conversation, plus a separate family room featuring a brand-new 65” TV.
Entertainment: Loaded with a Wii gaming system, a CD player, and an extensive movie library across 2 TVs equipped with Amazon Fire Stick and Roku.
Fully Stocked Kitchen: Features updated appliances and an expandable dining table perfect for group meals.
Work from Paradise: Includes a dedicated office workspace with a printer for remote workers.
* BED & BATH BREAKDOWN (Sleeps 8)
The layout offers unique flexibility for families or groups:
The Main Cabin: Features 2 bedrooms, each with a comfortable Queen bed (sleeps 4 total).
The Bunkhouse: The private 3rd bedroom houses another cozy Queen bed (sleeps 2).
The Family Room: Features a futon bunk bed (Queen on bottom, Twin on top) with privacy curtains that can be pulled closed (sleeps 2).
Bathrooms: A full bathroom plus a convenient half-bath (powder room) that includes a washer and dryer.

Perfection! Owners were great to communicate with. The layout was nice for our son to have the game room, he played the Wii for hours. All the little extras in the kitchen helped us prepare the food we brought. Morning with coffee listening to the river and watching the chipmunks was our favorite. Close to Grand Lake and the activities we had planned. We would stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The home was beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing—exactly what we were looking for. It truly felt like a home away from home.The house was exceptionally well-stocked with thoughtful amenities, including coffee, soap, cleaning supplies, and so many other conveniences that made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Everything was clean, welcoming, and well cared for.We also loved exploring Grand Lake. The town is charming, with adorable shops, great restaurants, and plenty of places to browse and enjoy. The scenery was breathtaking, and the entire area provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable retreat in the Grand Lake area!

What a great, well-appointed cabin. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future. The host has thought of everything and includes a very detailed information packet leading up to your travels. Five Stars!
