It was ok. Thank god the unit had A/C, because it was very hot in Seville end of September

Location and price

Terrible coffee machine. Toaster not working properly

5 / 10

The apartment is not fully tourist ready, quite some improvement needed. Wont revisit.

Location is convenient, close to old town and some of the attractions. There are some cookware and two bathrooms. Common area inside the apratment is of good size. People living in the building are nice and helpful.

Wifi hardly works, the landlord provided two wifi but one is too far away and the other always appears full, that you cannot connect stably. Instructions on the boiler/heater was confusing, we had to shower in cold water at the first time until we figured out ourselves the tricks of how to have constant warn water. One of the shower head is leaking and cannot stay in one place which makes two bathrooms pointless as only one works. The doors of two of the bedrooms are jammed, you have to use force to open and close and it's also quite noisy when you do so. Also the sound isolation is terrible. These were communicated with the landlord but not much they can do.

8 / 10

Good location. Attention required to a few minor issues

Location. Security. Well equipped. Clean

Bedding insufficient to stay warm. Small bathroom shower broken. Smell from drains.

9 / 10

Great apartment close to river and town

We only stayed one night but it was well equipped and very quiet. A few restaurants/ cafes close by.

The freezer drawers were broken and need replacing. Avoid the cafe at front/ground floor - charged 8 euros for a basic boccadilla!

Su ubicación y limpieza

8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
