About this villa rental
The Aruba Ridge villa is over 3000 square feet and is decorated in contemporary Aruban style and is walking distance to Palm Beach. The rate is $1,500 per week or $215 per night. If you need to sleep 10 people, we can add a blow up queen mattress in the largest bedroom.
The villa has 4 totally private bedrooms, each with a balcony, air conditioner, and full tile bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds and the other two have a king size bed. The villa features a full kitchen, dining and living areas, and two large patios, one with a gas grill. For those who need to stay connected, we have WIFI!!

Our group of 5 adults enjoyed this setup. It has great communal space that offers indoor /outdoor options. The lack of air conditioning in the common spaces eas not an issue. The wind and fans kept the space nice and their are plenty of shade options. All bedrooms had their own air conditioning and bathrooms, making it perfect for groups of adults. Most of us thought the showers were kind of nice, but if you have someone in your group that "needs" a hot shower that could be a drawback. The outdoor shower is super nice for rinsing sand and gear. There is also a nice assortment of beach accessories available for use like chairs, snorkel gear, noodles, etc. Host was quick to respond and accomodating as possible! We found it walkable to Palm Beach and the drivers are very respectful at the roundabout cross walk. There are also restaurants and a super market walkable to the property, but would recommend a car rental or taxis to explore further out. We would definitely recommend and/or stay again!

I'll start by saying I loved my time here and would gladly stay again! Though I must mention the initial check-in was challenging to say the least. Somehow the cleaners were not notified of my booking and we couldn't access the property upon arrival. I'm not sure who was at fault but the owner chose to take accountability and made things right. After that our stay was absolutely fantastic! They layout was perfect with each person having their own room with it's own air conditioner and we loved the spacious and beautiful shared common space (kitchen and patio). This property does not have hot water or central air for the common space, but that is common in Aruba. The sun keeps the water in the pipes in the range of mildly cold to lukewarm and the many windows in the kitchen allow for a gentle breeze so it's never stuffy or hot. Some of my party found the lack of hot water challenging while others did not. We also felt very safe the entire time and there is a nice little grocery store just a 10 minute walk away. Overall I very much enjoyed this rental and would gladly stay there again!

Great location. Easy checkin and great for our group. It was great having separate bathrooms for all 4 bedrooms and outdoor living space was nice.

We recently stayed at this property and while there are a few positives, there were several issues that significantly impacted our experience.The biggest concern was that there was no hot water during our stay, which made it difficult to shower and properly clean dishes—especially greasy items. The gas grill was extremely dirty, and the refrigerator had visible rust, which made it feel poorly maintained.The common areas (living room and kitchen) do not have AC, which made those spaces uncomfortable, especially in warmer weather. Additionally, mosquitoes were a major issue, making it hard to enjoy any outdoor time.There were also some maintenance problems:The toilet in bedroom one leakedIn bedroom two, there was an exposed cable running from the ceiling to the floor, which felt unsafe and out of placeSome TVs worked, but not allThe bedrooms themselves are a good size and each has its own bathroom, which is a plus. However, the entry system is a bit confusing since there are both keypad codes and physical keys.We did appreciate the beach chairs and towels, which were a nice touch given the location. That said, the cleaning supplies were limited, and the kitchen sponge should be replaced. The kitchen sink could also use a better nozzle for functionality.On a positive note, the location is excellent—very close to Palm Beach, high-rise hotels, and great restaurants, which made getting around easy.Overall, this property has potential due to its layout and location
