This Ocean Front Condo is steps from the sand and a short walk to Belmont Park and Mission Bay. Sliding glass doors open to the ocean view and cool breeze. Use provided body boards, sand toys and beach chairs or rent bicycles to ride along the boardwalk. The studio sleeps four (queen bed+pullout sofa) with a fully equipped kitchen, bbq, Wifi, Cable TV, DVD, Bose Sound System and steam room shower. Great location and very nice place. It's clearly communicated in the description but to be very clear this is a studio, so be aware. We loved it! Will was awesome and answered all of our questions quickly and clearly. The patio was convenient and we spent big parts of our day there. Some shade would have been nice but understand that patio umbrellas can sometimes go "missing" so no easy answer. Thanks for everything and we would love to come back.

Room was clean and ready when we arrived. Received and excellent text from the owner on checking in - code, operating the tv, shower, fans, etc and including places to eat/drink.Shower was awesome. The outside area is shared but we never had to share. Beach is 10 ft away. Personal note Mission Baja Tacos and Luigi Pizza are excellent!It's nice to have a dedicated parking spot too. The space is a bit tight so don't bring or rent a large car or truck. Our Sportage was fine. Would definitely stay again.

We needed this trip more than we realized, and this studio delivered in every way. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the host put real thought into making guests feel at home — the supplies were stocked with everything we actually needed, no hunting around or making do. That kind of detail makes a huge difference when you’re trying to just relax and settle in.The location is unbeatable. Walking distance to Belmont Park and steps from the beach — we spent our mornings with coffee watching the waves and our afternoons riding rides we hadn’t been on since we were kids. Mission Beach has such a unique energy, and this studio puts you right in the middle of it without any of the hassle.The place itself was spotless. Not “looks clean at first glance” clean — genuinely clean, top to bottom. You could tell it was cared for between every stay.And the host? One of the best we’ve had on Vrbo. Responsive, warm, and communicative, which made the whole trip feel smooth from check-in to check-out.We came to Mission Beach to recharge, and that’s exactly what happened. This studio earned every star, and we’re already talking about coming back. If you’re on the fence, get off it — book this place.

The property is pretty much as listed on the vrbo site. However you are in the middle of everything. I didn't realize how exposed you are with the shades open and people are everywhere. It seemed like one big party every place you looked. My wife and I are older and we definitely did not fit in. We were at least 20 years older than everyone else. After 5 minutes we decided that the place was not for us and started looking for alternate accommodations. I contacted Will, the host, to let him know our dilemma and to see if he could refund at least part of our rent. He asked if he could think on it, but then never got back with us, so we were out the entire 4 nights rent. It looks like a fun spot if you are 25 years old and want to party on the beach all night long.
