About this apartment rental
This warm and comfortable condominium offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Wake up to birds singing and sun filtering through tall pine trees. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and accesses the balcony. The unit has just gone through extensive upgrades with new carpet, new comfortable overstuffed couch and love seat, new queen size beds and mattresses. The dining area seats 4 with an additional 4 seats at the counter overlooking the kitchen. Fully stocked and always updated kitchen utensils make it easy to cook. The stove is electric, and there is a microwave oven as well. Ample counter space make it easy to cook a big meal. BBQ grills are provided in the common area. One bedroom is located on the main level with a full bath. The loft bedroom offers a private bath with shower. The loft has beamed ceilings and over looks the living room area. Flat screen TV, cable and WiFi. Sorry, no pets. Thank you for understanding.
You are located within walking distance to shopping, library, restaurants and coffee shops. The lake is within walking distance as well.

The condo was in a great location as stated in the desu. The complex was clean and easy to fund, parking right out front. Condo was very well apportioned!

We chose this property primarily because of its location to The Chateau at Incline where we attended a summer wedding (only .9 mi away). The price was reasonable compared to the hotels in the area and had free parking near the unit. We ate most of our meals away from the condo, so did not use the kitchen except to make our morning coffee and refrigerator for drinks. We could walk to Raley's market and Sage Leaf restaurant --nice brunch and only 4 mi. away)The host was highly responsive with all communications and gave clear instructions for entry and exit and graciously accomodated our check In and check out requests. The condo was clean and provided good amenities, although I would suggest supplying body wash or bar soap in the bathrooms--not a big deal because we could pick up supplies at Raley's. Since we were only two guests, we just used the downstairs bedroom and bath. The condo has a loft bedroom and bath so it would be great for two people. The unit does not get alot of natural light downstairs and could use a little update, but it was comfortable for our short stay in the area.

There are ski slopes within 15-30 mins. Great restaurants nearby. Grocery shopping is right down the road. Phone service isn’t great at the condo but there is WiFi. The condo is older and not updated. But it has everything you might need such as kitchen items. We wish more firewood would have been provided for the fireplace, so if you want to use the fireplace recommend buying your own to use.
