About this apartment rental
Welcome to your peaceful beach escape, a spacious 2-bedroom condo directly on the Gulf with spectacular ocean views from 2 oversized balconies. Just steps from the beach, you will feel like you are in the sand dunes!
Perfect for couples seeking a getaway or families looking to create vacation memories, our condo is a comfortable “beach home away from home.”
Condo is fully stocked with everything you need to have a fabulous stay and includes beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, kayak, paddle boards.
*** Our condo is in Starboard Village, a smaller complex directly on the beach. Condo is on the top two floors of the building, the 3rd and 4th floors. There is not an elevator in the building, but the Gulf views are worth the climb!
***** In summer, June - July, we try to stick to a Saturday to Saturday rental schedule, with the exception of Blue Angels. Please contact us for possible exceptions. (Longer stays are easier to accommodate.) Current Exceptions for 2027:
*Six Nights = Saturday 6/12/27 - Friday 6/18/27
*Six Nights = Sunday 6/27/27 - Saturday 7/3/27
**Blue Angels 6 or 8 nights = Saturday 7/10/27 - Friday 7/16/27 or Sunday 7/18/27
Fully stocked vacation rental:
• Bedroom 1 (Master): 1 king bed overlooking the Gulf
• Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed
• 2 Balconies - one on each level, Adirondack chairs, lounge chairs, 4 person high top table (balconies stay in the shade in the summer
• Fully Equipped Kitchen, 6 Person Dinning Table, & Family Room overlooking the Gulf
• Tandem Kayak, Paddle Boards, Beach Cruiser Bikes, Beach Chairs & Umbrellas, Beach & Pool Toys & Floats
• 2 Smart TVs, Board Games, Books, DVDs
• Pack n Play Portable Crib, High Chair
• Washer & Dryer
• Outdoor Pool (unheated) & Sun Deck
• 2 Assigned Garage Parking Spots
• Outdoor Gas Grill, Keurig & Drip Coffee

Please Note: Minimum age requirement is 25 years old and he/she must physically occupy the Unit for the entire time of the reservation. This place is amazing. Accurate description by the host. Pictures document the property well. It is on the second floor, up stairs, but that was not an issue for my family. Super short distance to the beach. It was a welcome surprise that there were bikes for us to ride down the side walk, super cool. The addition of chairs, toys, floats, etc…for us to use was amazing. Adequate amounts of linen were left out. Keurig works great. Great area to stay in!!! Over all…5 stars for sure!!! I will definitely rebook!
