About this house rental
We are ALWAYS SOCIAL DISTANCING on the Forgotten Coast. :) Book now for Spring and Sunmer. We accept Snowbirds for Winter. Our housekeeping team is COVID Sanitation Certified. Be one of our first guests to experience our upgrades! New flooring, kitchen has 2 new ovens, 2 refrigerators, updated spa. Rejuvenate your Soul and get away from it all in our lovely 5br 6.5ba ISLAND BEACH FRONT home that can accommodate up to 14. New interior paint and cabinets. We are in a gated community and in addition to our hot tub and outside hot & cold shower, our guests have access to the club house and all it's amenities. The amenities include tennis, pool and gym. Our home has an elevator, making it possible for any one from 1 to 100+ to enjoy our unique island. It's only a short walk to the beautiful cut between St. George and Little St. George providing great fishing and spectacular sunset views. Additional amenities include:
3 king master BR's, concrete parking for up to 5 vehicles, enclosed outdoor hot & cold shower, outdoor bathroom, fish cleaning station, WIFI, multiple smart screen TV's and blue ray player, charcoal grill, well equipped kitchen for those who love to cook-2 refrigerators and 2 ovens - instant hot water feature -perfect for multiple families or large families , multiple covered porches, wet bar with ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, thermal coffee maker, wood bumper pool table with card table top, enclosed Florida Sun Room,

We enjoyed our stay and made wonderful family memories. Pros:• Large updated kitchen and living area • Beautiful beachfront location with easy access• Outdoor bathroom • Two shower heads were not working properly when we arrived. Maintenance responded quickly and replaced themCons:• Neither ice maker worked during our stay. We reported first day. • Bedrooms and bathrooms were on small side• Several updates through the home still need to be done to make rest of home match kitchen updates. Has potential! • Communication- the hot tub one morning was spewing water and had emptied overnight. We made every effort during our stay to respect the property and the owners’ investments. We reported it right away, but the response we received. “I hope someone hasn’t put a hole in it! It’s 7000.”felt accusatory before anyone knew what had happened. We understand protecting someone’s investment is important, but the tone was disappointing.I also reached out with questions before our stay and did not receive a response, so communication could be improved. Overall, this home was nice, and we appreciated the location and the space it provided for our family. However, we felt the home was priced in a category that did not quite match the overall condition, size of the bedrooms and bathrooms, and level of updates. With improved communication, continued maintenance, and a few updates, this could be a wonderful rental.

The location is perfect. The house is exactly as described. Perfect for families. The communication with the host is great . Quick and responsive to any questions. Check in and check out process is smooth.

Beautiful place! Right on the beach with private boardwalk and unobstructed views. Short walk to the jetties for spectacular sunsets!

Property was not clean when we arrived. Had to wait hours for property to be cleaned. Offered no credit for the inconvenience or time lost. Fifth bedroom mattress was absolutely dismal at best. Shower in one of the bedrooms was clogged. They sent plumber to fix but they made a huge mess. House location was good. Enjoyed porch. Missing a lot of the details that make a house great like amount of towels offered was minimal, no tongs in kitchen, no kitchen towels, etc.
