Beautiful updated condo just steps from the Gondola! Be on the gondola within 5 minutes in the morning and ski home at the end of your day and store your skis in the provided ski storage. Relax in the evenings by the cozy fireplace. Many restaurants, shops and activities just outside your door. The location is ideal any time of year for your Steamboat vacation! In the summer and fall, it is a great location for accessing mountain biking, hiking, viewing the fall foliage, and exploring all that Steamboat offers. We consistently update the property with new features every year. The unit is on the first floor with easy access to the hot tubs, fire pit, and grills. The free city shuttle stops just yards from the front door every 15- 30 minutes, or during ski season use the complimentary shuttle service. The primary bedroom is oversized and both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and closet. Enjoy all of the comforts of home with an in-unit washer and dryer, a well stocked kitchen including many common spices, and smart TV's in the living room and primary bedroom to stream your favorite shows, as well as an assortment of games, puzzles and books. There are ceiling fans in every room and the unit has air conditioning to make the summer months more comfortable. One free parking space per unit is provided. Very nice condo, well stocked kitchen, nice patio area. The location within the condo development is great, half flight down on the first level and about 30ft to the well maintained hot tubs. Also, phenomenal location to both gondolas, a short walk that even the kids can do! I will stay here again!

This was the perfect condo for our group of 6 which included myself, my wife, our two boys (ages 9 and 11) and my wife's mom and dad. The condo had everything we needed for sleeping, cooking meals and relaxing in the living room or on the deck. And if you don't want to cook, there are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance or you can take the free shuttle which is just steps from the condo. We really enjoyed being so close to Gondola Square, there is always something fun happening there! Our host was attentive and responsive to our requests during our stay. I would highly recommend this spot!
