About this villa rental
A private canalfront home in the gated community of Sandyport, set up for families, couples and longer stays who value quiet, space and security.
THE HOUSE
Four bedrooms (three queens, one king) sleep up to 8. Open-plan living flows from the kitchen to the pool deck and down to the canal. Most bedrooms open onto a balcony; the master overlooks the pool. Two full bathrooms and a half bath. Air conditioning, Netflix and Apple TV, washer, BBQ and an outdoor fireplace. A generator keeps the house running during outages.
OUTDOORS
Private pool, covered deck and garden, all facing the canal. A 75 ft private dock is available for guests arriving by boat. Please ask about docking terms before you book.
THE COMMUNITY
Sandyport is a gated residential community with tennis and pickleball courts, community pools and playgrounds. Security staff manage access at the gate. We register every confirmed guest with them in advance.
LOCATION
The beach is a 5-minute walk, or minutes by our electric golf cart. Cable Beach is a 3-minute drive and the airport 6 minutes. Restaurants, a food store, a gym and a bus stop to downtown are within walking distance.
EXTRAS ON REQUEST
Rental car, golf cart, dock use, and a temporary Bahamas Dive Club membership with savings at local dive operators.
LONGER STAYS
We welcome stays of a month or more and offer weekly and monthly rates. Stays over 30 nights include USD 500 of electricity per month; usage above that is billed at cost. Cleaning is USD 200 per stay; stays longer than 7 nights include one cleaning per week at USD 200 per week, billed separately.

This is a private residence in a residential community. We do not accept parties, events, gatherings or spring-break groups. All bookings are by request. Please tell us a little about your group and the purpose of your trip when you send it.

I stayed in this house for three months and it exceeded every expectation. From day one, everything was seamless. The home was spotless and equipped with everything needed for a long-term stay. It truly felt like a home rather than a rental.A special mention to Anna, the host. She was exceptional: responsive, kind, and attentive without being intrusive. Great vacation rental for short or long term.
Nice gated community.
Great backyard covered deck along with a pool for cooling off.
Convenient location near beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has all the amenities you would want. I would suggest that 3 of the mattresses could be updated but otherwise a great place to stay.
